In curricular and non-curricular activities St.Antonys H S Kannoth could gain notable achievement in the academic year 2018-19. The students from this school bagged great result in Attiya-Pattiya games in State as well as in the National level. In the junior and senior section our students got 6 prizes for the National level participation and 32 students won in the state level participation. They all secured gracemarks for the SSLC examination.
Ashmeera A P who is our proud, got prize thrice in the National level participation and selected as the best player in Attiya-Pattiya from the National players.
Attiya-Pattiya captain of kerala team Collin Jose and players Athul Tom and Rahul Raj are notable players at NAtional level.
In the subdistrict Science fair we got overall championship in Maths fair and in IT fair. We also become the runners up of the Science fair. We conducted the Sub-district work experience fair in a good manner in our school.
In the sub-district Art Festival we secured first place with A grade in Vattappattu, Malayalam and English recitations, Hindi elocation and in cartoon. We also recieved the best grade in the items that our students participated.
'Swadesi' quiz competition conducted by KPSTA in sub district level Milan Biju got first prize. In the talent search and IT quiz conducted on behalf of the science fair and also in the competitive examination by Oyisca Kodenchery chapter, Jithin George secured first prize. In the QUiz programme conducted by the Excise department Jithin George,Noyal J Cheriyan and Milan Biju team got the first position with cash award.
As a part of 'Sasthrayanam' programme the project on 'Adultration in Fish' by Ebin Jose is selected as the best project from Kozhikode district.
